The challenge
The Smart Sourcing and Services Division team that originally managed the numerous bid requests used to work with different and unstructured tools, with the result that updates between source and output were not synchronised and had to be continually checked. The company also needed to proactively monitor the occupancy status of the various datacenters and bid production progress. The client lacked a platform that could orchestrate processes and information and make activities more efficient. That’s why WESTPOLE proposed its own BPM platform to manage this complexity.
